1 / Design stage

Design: research, mood-board, color-palette, design sketches
Pre-Product Development Stage: Technical flats & sketches providing with extensive detail on the desired outcome
2 / Development stage
Product Development: fabric sourcing with technical components identified, techpacks, interior labeling, branded details, hangtags, packaging etc.
Sample Development: pattern making, sample creation, fittings and adjustments
3 / Manufacturing stage
Grading: prep for production
Outfitting: Dressing test group of company ambassadors, evaluating feedback and adjusting accordingly
Manufacturing: Producing final order and subsequent re-orders
Shipping: All products to 1 location for company-initiated distribution
4 / Fulfillment stage
Ecommerce: Creating a system for staff to order their uniform Online
Import: Importing products & creating a fulfillment center
Inventory: Ongoing inventory and distribution system
