  • Our fabric is sourced, or custom made for maximum comfort, durability, and performance. We can provide technical components for performance such as anti-microbial, anti-wrinkle, moisture wicking, anti-static, etc. while making sure that fabric treatments do not compromise the health and safety of the wearer. We comply with the highest safety standards and utilize 3rd party testing to certify the safety and efficacy of any product we create.

  • At UNITEN, we have extensive relationships with fabric mills and factories worldwide. Our network spans China, Vietnam, Korea, Indonesia, India and South America.

  • At UNITEN, we are expert at developing every product category including tailored items, knits, fully-fashioned sweaters, outerwear, rainwear, down, athleisure, as well as cold-weather accessories, belts, shoes etc. We have a vision that allows us to tie it all together in a cohesive way with all the practicality that you would expect.

Jillian Lewis


Head Designer, UNITEN

Born and raised in New York, Jillian Lewis graduated from Parsons School of Design with a CFDA scholarship.  She has been working in the fashion industry for almost two decades.  Jillian currently overseas design, product development, technical design, sourcing, branding and production at Uniten.  Prior to her experience at Uniten, Jillian was Design Director at Ralph Lauren, Senior Design Contributor at Anthropologie and Creative Director of her namesake line. 

In the early years of her career, Jillian’s designs first received attention from her appearance on Bravo’s forth season of Project Runway.  Her collection made it to the final 3 and walked the runway in Bryant park.  After Project Runway, She launched the Jillian Lewis collection and proceeded to show her line at NYFW each season with multiple corporate sponsors.  She acquired many retail accounts in the USA and abroad and gained notoriety through editorial placements and celebrity dressing.  

Jillian has a history of collaborations in the dance community.   She has costumed productions at Pacific Northwest Ballet, The Washington Ballet, The Guggenheim Museum, The Joyce Theater, The Baryshnikov Arts Center as well as Holland America Line.

Lewaa A. Khalek
COO, UNITEN

Lewaa currently oversees operations, supply chain, cost management, importation and fulfillment at Uniten. Prior to his experience at Uniten, Lewaa was the Executive Vice President at Jitrois USA, a high-end luxury label based in Paris, France. In this role, he was responsible for the American market retail and wholesale sales and distribution.  He opened free-standing Jitrois retail stores on Madison Ave in NYC, Cooper Ave in Aspen CO and the Bal Harbor mall in Miami Fl, all of which he owned and operated.   

Lewaa, originally from Lebanon, relocated to New York City in 2004 where he now resides.  Lewaa’s experience in the fashion business dates back 20 years and in 5 different countries.  He started his career in retail sales and quickly worked his way up to Director of Sales at Searle, a multi-brand contemporary retailer in 2005. In that role, he was overseeing the operations of 8 separate retail locations. He was in charge of hiring, training and managing a staff of over 150 people. Lewaa has experience in all aspects of the fashion business, including wholesale and retail sales, merchandising, buying, styling, operations, management and even design.

Lewaa has strong relationships with suppliers all over the globe - from fabric mills to sample rooms to factories.  He possesses a strong leadership ability in all aspects of starting and running a company.
